Raphael Kay is a Harvard PhD Candidate, Co-Founder, and Board Member, building unconventional climate technologies inspired by living organisms. Bridging his training in design, biology, and materials chemistry, Raphael has scaled teams from 0 to >40, leading initiatives to develop urban resiliency tools inspired by 500-million-year-old jungle organisms, liquid windows inspired by mammalian vascular networks, and dual-mode solar panels inspired by color-changing beetle skins (corresponding to >20 filed patents as lead inventor).
