Matthew Wright is the Founder and CEO of FOREST-PKG, an AI-powered platform designed to make packaging knowledge more accessible, connected, and actionable across the global packaging ecosystem.

Wright also serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Specright, a company he founded. Specright created the Specification Management software category, and is the leader in intelligent Specification Data ManagementTM (SDM) and modern Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Specright’s AI-powered platform gives companies the data foundation they need to design, produce, and scale amazing, sustainable products with greater speed and efficiency.

A packaging industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Wright has held leadership positions at International Paper, Temple-Inland, and rightPAQ, a packaging company he founded and successfully scaled.

Throughout his career, Wright has led multiple mergers and acquisitions and has served as an advisor to numerous technology companies in the B2B supply chain space. He is the author of "The Evolution of Products and Packaging" and currently serves on the Michigan State University School of Packaging Industry Advisory Board.
