Lisa Helminiak sees nature as the world’s most adaptive strategist. She has spent her career translating nature’s logic and systems thinking into products, services, and organizations that last. As founder of Azul Seven, she pioneered bio-inspired strategies for innovation. Her projects connect biological insight with community challenges, demonstrating that nature’s patterns can drive effective behavior and social change.

She is now Chief Experience Officer at RADICL Work and runs Culturlab, her independent consultancy. In both roles, she explores how nature’s intelligence can guide strategy, building business models designed not only to adapt but to transform what’s possible. Lisa is completing her Biomimicry Professional Certification and master’s degree in Biomimicry at Arizona State University. She is using her research to demonstrate that regenerative and adaptive business models must be operational, not optional.
