Dr. Bonime-Blanc is a board member, strategic advisor, and multiple book author. She specializes in the governance of change focusing on global strategic risk, leadership trust, geopolitical change, sustainability, cyber resilience, and exponential tech, advising business, NGOs, and government. A former c-suite executive at four companies (including Bertelsmann, PSEG, and Verint) who has served as chief legal, risk, ethics, sustainability and cybersecurity officer, she serves on several boards and advisory boards. She is a Senior Fellow at several institutions including The Conference Board’s Governance and Sustainability Center, NYU’s Center for Global Affairs, and serves as AI Ethics Strategy Fellow at the American College for Financial Services. She is Independent Ethics Advisor to the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico and founding global faculty at the Institute for Corporate Directors Malaysia Mandatory Board Sustainability Certificate. She is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
