Justina Gallegos is a frontier technologist, investor, and U.S. policy leader with experience scaling clean energy solutions, semiconductor manufacturing, and biomanufacturing. She served as Deputy Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy under President Biden, leading programs to advance U.S. competitiveness and commercialize decarbonization technologies. She previously served as a senior advisor for climate finance at the White House National Economic Council, mobilizing public and private investment in industrial and clean energy innovation, and has experience investing in and building early-stage software ventures. Gallegos also served as an official in the Obama White House and Treasury Department. She holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Middlebury College.
